Our Standard payment terms for residential installations are:
10% deposit on acceptance of quote
90% balance on day of completion of
installation
Our Payment terms for residential airconditioning
installation for homes under
construction /
renovation are:
10%
deposit on acceptance of quote
30% upon
delivery of fancoil units to site
30% upon
completion of rough-in
20% upon delivery of
outdoor units to site
10% balance upon
commissioning of air conditioners
